Remember when.....

I was feeling discouraged recently. I've been having issues with my ITB and my knee. Had to stop running and doing cardio for a while. My weight loss has been fluctuating 5 lbs for several months now, and I was feelin a bit sorry for myself. Then one day I cleaned out my closet and found some old clothes.. I took them to the mirror and held them up. WOW! My favorite green sweatshirt (3X) was now a blanket! I got into one leg of a pair of pants that were in the back of my closet because they were too SMALL..... (26/28). I took them to my trainer and he took pictures for me. Sometimes we need to appreciate just how much we've accomplished, instead of being discouraged because we haven't reached that final goal.....
