The Water is Fine

I have been in the pool everyday since opening on Saturday. Even though I went to the Y several times last winter, it isn't the same as being in my own back yard.

I love the workout I get. I am loving how much stronger I am this season as opposed to last summer. Swimming and water aerobics just gives me a full body workout.

I am still walking home from work one day a week. Tomorrow is the day. Temps will be in the mid 80's. I will have 2 large bottles of frozen water for the walk. As well as a hot pink wide brim hat for shade. I chose that color to stand out to traffic!

    I love water workouts! I'm jealous of you having your own pool to do it at home LOL! Here there are only 2 places, either the one gym in town that does have a pool in it, or the public pool. But the public pool is overcrowded with kids usually. Water workouts really do work your muscles very well and are easy on the joints. Congratulations on your walk home too!
