Only use the past as a lesson -- don't dwell there. Keep looking & moving forward.
It's not about a diet . . . it's about a lifestyle. Decide what you can live with.
Take one step at a time & then keep on stepping.
Do the very best that YOU can do. This isn't a competition with anyone but YOU.
