A Dream Realized
Monday, May 27, 2013
Ever since I received my first manual typewriter in seventh grade, I've dreamed of publishing fiction. Last August, when I turned 44, I vowed that one way or another, by the time I turned 45 I would be published. At the time, I had a draft of a novel that I was revising, so it was doable. I made the decision to release the book as an independent author because these days, publishers aren't offering a lot in the way of advances, and royalties through e-publishers are low. If you like romance, check it out. It's only available on Amazon right now as an e-book, but you can also download a free kindle-reader app for your computer or iPad if you don't own a kindle.
I'm not going to post a link to the Amazon purchase page because I think that would qualify as an advertisement. So, if you are interested, go to Amazon, search kindle books for No Strings Attached by Lily Bishop. There are several books with that title, but only one with the fabulous cover above.
Keep sparking my friends.
