More Weight Loss, Please!

Well, I finished week 16 of my diet program. I was eating right, drinking lots of water, and of course exercising, which I now enjoy! I lost a significant amount of weight, and my BMI dropped 9 points. I am so happy with the way I look, but I was thinking why stop there? I can do even better than that...without going overboard that is! I'm going to take a week off to relax, then get back on it, next week. I truly am getting "to be thin for me!", which is a good thing!
