Sharing my lunch menu today for you to consider
! delicious avocado,3chunks of melon & 3 Honey dew chunks. 6 Nabisco crackers and 1 slice Alpine lace munster. S&P to taste and 2 "dots" of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) 1 bottle of water 16.9 oz.
I know the crackers were only like 75 calories. Fruit? Not sure! The cheese slice was 80 and the avocado runs 240 (med) with 22grms fat. Yikes!!
So my total runs near 400 and I'm thinking thats not bad but I could do better,right?
My weight is around my goal (between 115 & 120 these days. More times than not its near my max @118 depending on the clothes I have on ; ) Can't wait for summer and the lighter clothing!!
Enjoy what you eat!! I'm still shocked about the avocado though! Ginny
