I have had torn tendon in my ankle since July. I've been anxious to get more active again, so I have been wearing athletic shoes everywhere (even with a dress) and I have been following a sensible walking plan. My goal is to follow the plan as the activity level increases to running and eventually run a 5k.
I'm on week two of program and my ankle feels great! I am so excited to be able to run again! Yay, ME!
