A litttle Progress, Baby Steps

Made it to the gym, forty minuts swinming and water aerobics, board out of my mind but worth it since today my blood sugar was 76, yeh that is so wonderfull, if my number gets this good from going to gym I will do it. Jaquzzi is a bonus feels so goood.

Other baby steps no cookies all week, less white stuff potatoes and sourdough bread for sandwich but managed to have appropriate portions. Baby steps!!!!!!

I am working on doing things that are enjoable but do not center around food, I went to the beach with a friend and walked around and talked. We had anice lunch that was fun. We are planing to that at least once a month. Another baby step in changing my life habits. It used to be we would go to wherever and first have a meal most likely including desert and the itend to walk around but we wouod be too tierd to to go any where so we would sit or just go home.

Part of my little life changes is to deal with my problems not eat them, then I just have one more problems. Learning to cope with my problems in an appropriate way, eating over my problems in not appropriate. One step a atime one day at a time one less bite at a time. Little changes, baby steps.
