lost three pounds!

Loving my new elliptical runner.
I want to go one hour a day, but after about 20 mins I get pooped. Something to work toward tho.
I will try to increase by 5 mins each til I get there.
Just found out that there will be yoga at my church right before women's Bible study I have been attending. And since my new mat and blocks just came it almost seems like a godsend (pun definitely intended). Lol
Felt bad yesterday because I only did some gardening. But when I enetered it on the tracker it counted for so much more exercise than I had deemed it worthy.
I have lost three pounds so far and am considering entering some kind of protein supplement to my diet. Not sure but I think I will go with soy if I do.
