Keep going, even when you don't feel like it.

Even when bad things happen, or good things fail to happen, and you wonder what's the point.

Do your best. Maybe it's not THE best, but it's your best for today. Tomorrow is another day.

Next week is another week.

Next month... and so on. Just keep going. Even when you are tired. And sore.

The things you have to do are not always easy, or joyful -- even the same things you did yesterday that WERE easy then, and you were happy to do them, today might not be.

Do them anyway. They still need to be done.

Do them slowly if you have to. Take long pauses, catch your breath. Admire your progress, but don't forget to keep going until the job is done.

Do not leave something half-finished. Someone (that is, you) will still have to finish it later. Do it now, while you are here.

You will be thankful, later.

So give this gift to your future self:

Start what needs to be done, and finish what you start.
