First monthly measurement progress

Today is D-day...I went to Walmart and bought a brand new cloth tape measure for the occasion.

The results are in:

1.5" off bust
2.0" off waist
0.5" off hips
1.0" off upper arm

Total of 5" lost for month 1. Waist to Hip Ratio went from 86 (high) to 83 (moderate) I went from being an apple to an avocado.

I actually gained a half inch on my thigh.

I think that is some good progress. I haven't lost any more weight even though I am eating less than my BMR and exercising. Don't really understand that other than maybe I am gaining muscle weight. All I know is my pants come right down without unbuttoning now!

Hopefully I get this new job I am waiting to hear from so I can buy some dumbbells, a mat, resistance bands and some new pants!

    This is great. You are probably gaining muscle, glad you are not just using the scale to go by. Hey the clothes are a great way the measure , you can really see progress there, Have a great evening. emoticon
