Spring challenge 2013, goal blog for Showering Lillies!

Well my goals for this 8 week challenge is to really make an effort to do all the challenge requirements. I would like to do them on the weeks they are required but if I dont I plan to make them up throughout the rest of the challenge. I have already set up a weekly goal list that I mark off at the end of the day which includes the challenges tasks and my own personal goals. They are as follows.

Drink 8 glasses of water a day....

Stay under 2000 calories for now since I am nursing.....

Do yoga at least 2 times per week.......

Complete the fitness challenge for each week.......

Complete the non-fitness challenge for each week.......

Do my best to reach my personal goal each week which is to.....Go to the Gym 5 days a week ( this goal is really making me re-evaluate my gym membership, not so sure it is really worth it) ..........

By the end of this challenge I hope to have lost at least 20lbs from my start weight of 245lbs....... I think that is a super reasonable goal and as of week 2's weigh in....... that is only 15lbs away!!!! Yay for a 5 lb loss in week 2!!!

Oh and my big goal is to be able to wear my wedding rings again by the end of this challenge!!!

Go team Showering Lillies!!!! We can do this!!
