Trying to get back on the train...

Been back from my vacation to Costa Rica for a week now. Although I haven't had any problems getting back into a healthy routine as far as diet goes, my workout regimen has not quite returned to my pre-vacation pace. I haven't even been able to motivate myself to go to the gym. Now, I'm working 12 hour shifts for the next three days and the likelyhood of me going to the gym will be slim. I'm going to make up my mind to get out of this lazy rut and be as active as possible while at work. Climb the stairs as much as possible! Stay motivated and march right back into the gym first thing Monday morning!

    My mom has been to Costa Rica a couple of times. She loves it! Your pictures look beautiful!

    You may not feel up to it after 12 hour shift, but how about planks, push ups, etc. at home? Just a thought. Hope you have a great week!
