Staying on track

3) What are you doing to encourage yourself and keep on track

What a great question - with a pretty straightforward answer. To keep on track - I keep coming back. Coming back to SP and coming back to the 5% challenge team. Seeing what the Casual Travellers are doing - inspires me. Reading everyone's blogs and posts - teaches me. And best of all I get to hang out with some pretty cool people.

The other thing that keeps me on track is my little dog. I get up and get outside for her. She makes me so happy when we walk together.

Short and sweet and pretty simple!!

    My dogs keep me active, too. And they have so much more fun out & about than when we watch tv together. Lol. emoticon
