LTGL EXERCISE #1

Writing blogs is not an easy thing for me to do unless I have something important to say. So this exercise is good for me. Expanding our minds is good for us too.
I am thinking that the new habit I want to incorporate into my life is to eat more vegetarian. That is not to say I am giving up meat, but I want to try to be more flexible with meal selections. Chef Meg certainly has given us lots of ideas so I am going to try some of them this week. I just spent a week with my granddaughter who eats mostly vegetarian and I felt so good eating this way with her. So this is my goal for this week.
