Writing blogs is not an easy thing for me to do unless I have something important to say. So this exercise is good for me. Expanding our minds is good for us too.

I am thinking that the new habit I want to incorporate into my life is to eat more vegetarian. That is not to say I am giving up meat, but I want to try to be more flexible with meal selections. Chef Meg certainly has given us lots of ideas so I am going to try some of them this week. I just spent a week with my granddaughter who eats mostly vegetarian and I felt so good eating this way with her. So this is my goal for this week.

    I so enjoyed my blogging through advent and q12 days of Christmas but then kind of burned out on it ...maybe I will get back to it ..I still ike to add a picture and or two to mine ...then gorgot to talk about my habit forming so must go do some touch ups...

    I just made a recipe from a Spark person and it was really good. It was called "Grilled Roasted Vegetables with Pineapple". It was posted from HONEYLEA. I made it for a birthday party (had to bring a veggie dish). Everyone liked it. I could see me making it for my lunches during the week.

    I'm with you, girlfriend! I'm lucky if I get a blog out a month . . . and now to do one seven days in a row? I love you new, healthy habit. I enjoy being the queen of the freggies (fruits and veggies) and while I may never make it to the ultimate state of vegetarian or vegan, I pride myself in adding more meatless meals in my day and week as it is even more conducive to the Indian-style of cooking I have come to enjoy.     I think this will be quite a challenge for many folk.
    I too like to have a definite idea in mind before starting a blog.
    But this challenge is a wee bitty different. To write your own blog and let folk know what you think or feel, and even to let yourself know what you are thinking and feeling, to support your team mates after reading their blogs and to receive support from team mates, it is so amazing, especially when the comments are from complete strangers!

    It's great to get all the different kinds of support.
