Well, February was the month to break into the 150s
I'm almost there, 1lb less and I will be!


I had a bit of Yo-Yo going on

Not be be beaten the emoticon are on
emoticon and boosted walk aka emoticon
into the next month and they'll be a spring in my step

As the new emoticon start to grow
Let's all achieve our goals in March!
