Lunch time is NOT enough time for the gym!

I have learned through trial and error that you have to stick with this for the long haul! Today I missed the gym this morning. My little one decided he wanted to get up at 2:30 this morning! At any rate NO EXCUSES. I decided to use my lunch hour to go to the gym! I thought welllll... this is a wonderful idea... UNTIL I actually went. A 1 hour lunch isn't long enough for me. Go to my car, drive to the gym, change into gym clothes, fit in maybe 20 to 30 minutes of cardio and a tiny bit of stregnth training, take a shower and book it back to work. Wooo Hooo HEY at least I went yay for small steps. Does anyone else have thoughts on this?
