Why is it that I can go weeks with minimal exercise and hold a steady weight, yet I increase my exercise time and level and I gain weight on the scale? I just don't get it. It's a good thing I know the number on that scale does not make me. I'm open to your thoughts on the subject.
I exercise a lot and I have noticed that I do better controlling my calorie intake and weight when I don't exercise as much. I think this is because I know I have to watch what I eat when I don't exercise. I am thinking about just doing the exercises that have to be done to maintain good health. 2976 days ago
