TM running update

I am STILL super proud of myself. Sooo this is what I have decided to do. I do have a past knee injury so I am going to alternate treadmill and elliptical cardio workouts. Today I did 5 minute warm up run 1 minute walk 3 minutes, run 1 min walk 4 minutes.... and so on for 30 minutes. At any rate keep pushing on!
