Learning about flax seed

Yesterday I was at the local nutrient store purchased some flax seed. Today I have been reading all about the benefits it offers, and plan to incorporate into my daily use, hoping to reap some of the benefits it offers.

    I use hemp seeds, chia seeds, and cod liver oil for my omegas. Sometimes I use flax seed oil. emoticon

    Ok. Let me share my flax seed experience with you.
    It is wonderful to keep cholesterol down, to begin with.
    It grinds easily when you add a tablespoon of the seeds to any blended shakes. I like to have the herbalife shake mix for easdy brakfasts when I run out of time, and I add to that. Works out beautiful. You can also blend them and add the powder to your sandwiches, on your salads, etc.
    You may combine it as follows for a complete anti cholesterol treatment:

    Once a day you have a tbsp of flax seed added to your meals.
    Once a day you have a tbsp of peeled sunflower seeds, also eaten on your meals, salads or as a snack (preferably salt free)
    Daily at night, you put one tsp of "chia" seeds on half a glass of water and the following morning you drink it. The water takes a light jelly body due to the oils the chia seed releases. It is smooth to your throat when you drink it.,
    All three seed combined have the right amount of the omega fats needed for your body to build up the good cholesterol and get rid of the bad
