I have anger issues currently regarding my personal life, being betrayed, abandoned, etc.
BACK on November 30, 2012 I posted the blog "Running To Release Anger"
.. It took until January for me to officially start the C25K program but what I learned is that I was right.
It works for me to channel this anger into my running.
As long as I do not go overboard with anger and end up hurting myself, IT iS ALL GOOD.
And after the run I Feel GREAT.
Then remember to cool down (walk) and stretch!
