this was such a great challenge. It is similar to the show Chopped on food network.
Team members suggested 4-5 basket items then leaders made up baskets out of the items. then we each picked a basket and made a recipe, we have to share nutrition information and we got bonus points if we actually made it!
I used basket # 5: scallops, raspberry, pomegranates, eggs(in waffles), chocolate!
I made a whole meal for 707 calories. Even have a drink included! this would be a great weekend dinner !! valentine's day I AM READY!!
