In need of advice

I don't know what has happen to me. I totally lost interest. I'm eating junk food, not exercising and gaining weight. I have no interest in even logging in. I don't know why this has happen to me, I have been having a hard time getting back on track ever since the holidays and now I have lost my will.

    emoticon It has been rough since Thanksgiving for me, too. I decided I needed something fresh, so I am adding kettlebells. There has been so much going on in my life that I have lost some of my good habits. It helps that I got rid of some of my bigger clothing-and bought a new wardrobe. I can't afford to gain back the weight I have already lost. emoticon
    I went back to basics, water, tracking...not to lose so much as to keep feeling good.

    Just keep sticking around and don't give up. You haven't lost the battle if you don't give up. Take it slow. Do at least one healthy thing today and add on to it.

    Start by faking it. Act healthy. That's all it takes. Take one day to DAS. Dress the part, act the part and suck it up. Dress to move, move and eat the right foods and suck it up a little... just for a day. You will find day two much more invigorating.

    Darjr50 has good advise for you . If you want to keep going not being positive you

    may find you may gain more. Then I think you will feel worse. I know I did and that is

    why I am here.

    If you could read some of the success stories of ladies that started at big numbers of

    weight and read their success. It may give you some get and go power..

    It did me. I think if you had to go somewhere and the clothes did not fit you. You may

    get depressed more. You have groups like Done Girls and then the group your on.

    Don't give up. Instead of being not positive. Write down all the things you like of your

    self. You must find atleast five good points. You were born for a reason.

    See what you can say that is nice examples you have nice hair, eyes.

    Then on another sheet put your not like things of your self.

    Then start working on the not like sheet of yourself. So then the negative stuff will go on your nice sheet of yourself.


    There is all kinds of groups here. Some gals even go in the group of depression who have the same not knowing what is happening to them for awhile. Sparks is the only

    place that is free and that cares as look at all the groups available.

    I will keep you in prayer. You are worth something. Dont beat yourself up.

    You did not come here by mistake . You are here for a reason. Once you get back to

    feeling you are just as good as the next person and your worthy.

    . You will be used for others who may be feeling like you now late in the months.

    You have alot of nice people here. We actually become like a family.

    Start your list on yourself. Keep reading it. Also start by replacing one junk food to a good healthy food.

    Do a ten minute exercise for starters, Then go up to a 20. Before you know it your a starter again and you loving your self more each time.

    Slow is better then nothing.

    It is always our nature to regress.
    It is how this world is, everthing left to itself degenerates.
    That is why loggung in and connecting with others is key.

    I cannot do it myself, we all need encouragement, suppport and every now and then a push!

    Everything we do is a choice.
    We can choose do do nothing and as you have said go backwards, get depressed, tired,eat, and just let it go. emoticon
    This is a choice.
    We can choose to eat better, exercise and see some results.
    Another choice.
    I discovered when I see some success I level off and do not see further results, I now know I have to keep pushing. emoticon
    This is my choice.
    I will see where I am and itweek my routine to improve cardio, strength and or nutrition to contunue getting results.
    If I just do the same thing I get in a rut and then drop the ball. emoticon
    I hope you will join me as I continue to move forward because we have already seen the other option and neither of us desire it.
    Keep trying, keep pushing, success only comes with effort. emoticon

    Sit down and make a list of all the reasons you need/want to get back on track. Make a list of positive affirmations. Find a weight lose buddy. Just a few suggestions.
