May have over done it. OUCH!!!

Not sure if what I have is pain from the fibromyalgia or if it really is "shin splints" but man do I hurt right now.

Deacon is doing much better and both dogs are getting along better. One problem I have is with my hearing loss, I cannot hear if the dog is whining or not. He comes up and puts his chin on my arm, but that could mean he wants to play or wants to go out. He is one dog that almost never tires out. He has a lot of stamina. Wish he'd give some to me.

I can already tell this is working some weight off. In just 2 1/2 days of all this walking and now my pants almost fell off today and my shorts are a little loose. I am averaging 3-5 miles a day as 2 rounds around my neighborhood is 1 mile. So far for today, we are at 4 miles and I think my daughter will have to do the last 1-2 walks later.

I am also following along with my vegan diet better than I was. It has been a hard adjustment, but I am making it.
