I decided last week that I needed to do some minor tweaking because I wasn't seeing the weight loss I wanted, but I was still happy with other aspects of the improvements I am seeing. I weighed myself at the gym today and lost 3.25 pounds this week. I rarely lose that kind of weight so I am very excited. Now I hope to see a steady decline, though I'll still be happy with a pound per week average.
I'm still trying new SparkPeople recipes every week and really enjoying them. I am working out 6-7 times a week and my husband is working out 4-5 times a week. It's something really fun for us to do together. Life is good.
