Couch to 5K Week One Day 3 / Jan 10, 2013 /Treadmill

Decided to give the treadmill in the broken down, old gym they have here at my apartment complex.
It was going ok, I was imaging Jillian yelling HANDS OFF THE TREADMILL! Lol
2/3rds through, the treadmill decides I'm done.. kept doing that. I had to reset it several times, but I got through it, to the end.

On to WEEK 2.

    The treadmill's bed probably needs lubricating. Be careful!

    when I did training on the treadmill at the health club, I had to hold on with one hand when running because it starting skipping and I thought I was going to fall! Today I am doing day 3 outside around a park, it is 53 degrees here in Chicago! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    LOL, I think the same thought when I'm on the treadmill! I don't walk straight and I'm constantly grabbing those rails!

    Good for you! I was thinking about trying the C25K on my treadmill, now I am thinking even harder about it.
