It is has been a very long and troubling 18 months. Too much to go into. Let's just say things are in a postivie light now and my life is starting to get back on track. Which is why I am able to get back on track with workouts and eating much MUCH better. :)
So, here I am...sitting at 187.6 (as of 1/9/13) and have begun to eat better and spend time playing Just Dance 3 & 4 to help get me back in the spirit of working out. My Zumba class is overly packed these days and makes me quite uncomfortable to be in it. So, Just Dance will do for now. I haven't done the Just Sweat version yet but will start this weekend.
I know this isn't much of a Blog right now but it's just to get the ball rolling.
