Week one 2013

I'm still not losing weight the way I would hope. I have been very good about working out, typically putting in 45-60 minutes a day. I've been checking my target heart rate and know I'm working at the right level, though on the low end. I still feel like I need to build up more endurance and strength before I push it more. I tend to go overboard and injure myself, so I am tying to avoid that this time.
I've been eating pretty well and trying lots of SparkPeople recipes, with great success. I'm watching my snacks, though I've had a few slip ups. Even then, I've kept my total daily calories under 1500. I keep thinking it's just a matter of time before the scale recognizes my hard work.
My blood pressure and blood sugar readings are good, though. That helps keep me on track. I also see my clothes getting baggier, except around my middle. It will have to respond one of these days!
