Day 6- Focus

Here it is, day 6 of my FOCUS, I am going to use this word instead of streak. Each day I am going to zone in on one thing. Today it is eating 5 veggies and or fruits. If I can focus on just one positive change a day, then over time all the gradual changes should lead to big results. Positive vibes to all !
