reached a long time goal of breaking 150 for I have been working at it for a long time, someone suggested that I give myself something, like weight watchers did when I lost my first set of weight.
Hm..wonder what it could be?
this is for the "big weight" on the sliding scale that I no longer have to use....it is so great!!!
