Day One of the New Year

Today has been going very well. We just got back from the gym where I did 45 minutes of cardio, followed by a jacuzzi. I feel so good.
I made the 100 calorie whole wheat blueberry muffins from this site and have only had one today. For dinner I am going to make the balsamic tenderloin pork and garlic spiked broccoli and mushrooms with rosemary, both SparkPeople recipes. I am finding I love all the recipes I have tried so far.
I planned out my day first thing, as I usually do, but am finding it easier to stick to the plan today. I think it's because I am motivated by the new year.
Most importantly, I feel happy and energetic.
