Well, I missed the last two days, but I am happy to report that I did not miss my exercise on either of these days.. I rode my bike both days, and yesterday we went into Boston to see the Boston Pops Holiday Concert, and walked and walked and walked.. also did a lot of bending and stretching yesterday putting up our treee. I exercised this morning too, and got my stretching in, too.
Also, on Friday afternoon, I went out and bought "Why Weight" A Workbook for Ending Compulsive Eating" by Geneen Roth. I am looking forward to getting through the exercises. Although my eating has not been perfect, I can say I think I have done a good job of being aware of the food I have been eating. And I'd say I have not been binging, just having a bite of this because I wanted it, not just pounding.. So I'm calling that progress..
