BLC/Holiday Break

season is upon us and we're winding down this round of BLC.
Well now it is time to compose a plan to keep pushing through the break and start where I'm finishing this round rather than completely OVER.
So, here is what I need to do.

myself to do harder workouts and be sure to do enough

to challenge those muscles and keep em guessing. Move more, eat less and to journal. I admit, I struggle with this even though I know it works and will help me keep focused.
During this break I will incorporate a friend or two to keep tabs on me and hold me accountable to doing it regularly. I also know by planning and logging it, I'm less apt to stray and neglect this aspect of this process.

I know these friends will be my best cheerleaders.
So besides tracking, moving more, eating less, I'd like to keep my mind busy elsewhere. I have sewing projects and it is an escape for me. I don't eat, drink, snack or anything while I'm hiding in my sewing room creating so I plan to give myself more 'me' time. Afterall I AM WORTH IT!!
So in a nutshell,
Drink lots of water
Move more, eat less
More weight training
Logging food AND exercise
Stay positive and focused
Incorporate a couple of spark friends to hold me accountable and cheer me on (I'll do the same for them as well)
Be kind to myself - allow myself 'me' time
Enjoy the grandbabies
