Small Things Add Up

I am having a good day! I am finding that adding a little more protein to my day helps me enormously. It really knocks back those cravings for sweets.

I made some changes in my life that will better support me in my weight loss journey. I told my daughter that I couldn't bake for her this week. I thought she might be upset but she totally understood! I went to see "Breaking Dawn" with my daughters and passed on the popcorn! I didn't even miss it...

I have so much weight to lose that it can be overwhelming if I think of how far I have to go. I have been telling my self, every time I make a decision that seems small - that the small things add up - either way. Eating the cookie adds up, not eating the cookie adds up. I just have to choose which way to go. Anyway....

    One good choice then another! you got this!

    Its gerat to have a long term goal but set some short term ones too it will help keep you on track till you reach that long term goal.

    short term -how many pushups/situps/skipping/lunges/ect. you can do today compare to next month! You can even add it on sparkpeople people to track!
