Dang. Fish pedicures are bad for you.

On a recent vacation, I got a "fish pedicure" at a spa, which was a really cool experience. You stick your feet and hands in a big aquarium and little sucker fish go to work, snipping off dead skin. They smoothed the nasty callouses on my heals, nipped off my hangnails, and left my skin smooth as a trout. It also tickled a lot!
And now I read in this Spark Health update that I could have caught all manner of diseases: wfl.sparkpeople.com/reso
The spa I visited called it a "fish massage," which makes more sense than "fish pedicure." We all know fish ain't got feet.
