Weight loss pattern

Last summer I got my weight down to 150, and then through the summer my weight went up to 159. Been working on the weight and then, it yo-yo-ed, and now it is down to 152. I got low-grade ill and after the heating pad from last week, I went to the family restaurant in a nearby neighborhooe and got the breakfast bar yesterday and ate a humble amount. Then I sat for nearly an hour, before the booths filled up, and I kept asking for ice water and drank the coffee. I stayed until the waitresses got tired of me being there.
I rather meditated about what's happening. Today, by my feeble scales at home, I see a drop.
Why am I writing about this? Because, this is a pattern that happens to me repeatedly. It is also something that I've observed in me and my metabolism.
