Difficult day

So today is going to be one of those really difficult days with snacks and treats. My family is having a Treat Night, and I'm in charge of making our treats. Their friends are coming over so there will be TONS of Yummy snacks that aren't good for me, and that I shouldn't eat, but I will still want to. I'm really hoping I will be strong enough to say no, and that I can keep focused on what I'm trying to do, but I don't know. I'm hoping that just writing this all down will help but who knows.

    I agree, make you own treat plate, something you know you can nibble on, I like to have some pretzels in, not too bad for me but when I want to feel naughty I have about 20g, I also buy fun size chocolate treats and freeze them so if I really really need something I get one of those out and they last ages lol.
    I know where you are coming from though, it is just having the strength and willpower, which I sometimes struggle with BUT we can do it.

    Make sure you make yourself something that can still be a treat to you.. even if it is a fruit and veggie tray. Because then you will have a go-to food that will be better for you.
