This week had ups and downs, just like any other, but overall I would say it was a success! I have been keeping up with my journal and drinking lots of water, both of which have helped me not to overeat. I have also recognized my key emotional triggers for overeating, which are:
~Feelings of loneliness
~High stress levels
~Sadness (about the past/in general)
I have had a great past few days, which has made it easier for me to resist going overboard with food, as I don't tend to overeat when I am happy or feeling positive about things.
If you have any advice for how else to deal when faced with those emotional triggers, please let me know!
