In spite of everything

I'm finally getting my life on track. In the last 3 months I've lost over 30 lbs (I went up about 15 before coming back down.) I'be figured out better ways to manage my stress at home, and I'm not reaching for food when I get frustrated or stressed anymore which is a HUGE accomplishment for me.
Nursing School has gotten more stressful and I haven't been able to work, but in spite of that I'm doing well. I'm finally feeling like I can do this. I figure if I can lose weight in nursing school, then I can definitely do this. I still have a long way to go but it's a constant thing right? It took me years to get here so it's likely to take time to change.
drinking primarily water (only rarely half a soda)
drinking 10 glasses of water a day
eating smaller portions
eating better items, more salad and lean protein)
Not stress eating
