Monday-Kitchen Ready-Check

Today's Spark Coach activity asked me to organize my kitchen and exercise area for success and oddly enough that was one of my accomplishments last week. I cleaned out my freezer and cupboards. Discarded stuff that was old or unhealth or unappetizing and got things ready for preparing healthy meals. I had already purchased extra custard cups which are great for premeasuring and portioning food and I am good to go on that front.
I have sorted through old dvds to locate the exercise ones that I would like to use and dusted off the game consoles.
Yesterday I would say I had a stressful day but I did NOT REACH FOR FOOD to relieve the stress. I wont say that I didnt want to but I remained strong. I distracted myself with a project I have been working on and I also updated my status on my spark page and got spark support from friends. I ended up staying on track completely and even finished the day with boot camp which I had given myself permission to let slide. It was a tough day and I made it.
Today will be a better day so I know I can make it. Short bursts of exercise really are easier to fit in and have helped me to be consistent. I have already worked out with Coach Nicole this morning, on Day 7 of the boot camp, which I am enjoying I might add and as soon as I finish this I have a date with Richard Simmons before tackling my to do list for the day.
