I weighed in this morning and I'm up 3 pounds! YIKES!
I thought over the past week...
- I DID go over my calories a little (just a little) but probably on most days, so that would certainly add up.
- I managed quite a few fitness minutes last week: 1394
(Last week I did my 5K for "SparkPeople's Official 5K Your Way Walking Program" and I also did LOTS of heavy yard work -- I DO count that as fitness minutes. I really do get a work out and work up a sweat -- this 'old lady' works hard! Plus I did some Spark Videos, a little basketball, and some extra walking.)
I thought/hoped all of this activity would have handled those extra calories...
- Also, last night I had an 'encounter' with a bag of cheddar-flavored popcorn. No, I didn't finish the bag (but I did make a good dent) so I'm probably retaining a gallon of water. (I'm trying not to panic! ;)
I was a bit stressed last night -- long story, we won't go there. (Let's just say someone's ex makes me CRAY-CRAY and eating a whole lot of cheddar-flavored popcorn seemed like a good idea at the time.)
Anyway, last week is over. Moving on to this week...
My goals: these 3 pounds WILL be gone by next weigh in!
Also, I reset my Spark Streak Goals since I haven't been tracking them for a loooong time. Starting fresh today!
P.S. I didn't delete my whole history -- just reset some of the SparkStreaks.
I'm at 9 weeks (and counting!) for Exercise for at least 120 minutes per week! :-)
