How do you do so well for two months and avoid the temptations that surround you everyday and in one fail swoop crash and burn back to old habits....

It is so frustrating and defeating.

But I will pick myself up quickly....No more excuses.... downward movement on the scale or not.... I will not let this defeat me this time around.

I will get back on schedule and on track.... I will not let this derailment keep me sidelined for months before trying to get back on the right path for a healthier life.

I will remember how much better I feel, and how I sleep better, and will try and not focus on a scale that seems to laugh at me and say.... "See.... you will never get to where you want to be"

I will stay focused and continue to immerse myself into the daily spark emails and inspirational messages from those who are on this journey with me, and those who have succeeded....

So here is my message to my everlasting enemy...."Scale.... I will not allow you to get the upper hand this time, so I laugh at you and say I will conquer you in the end by winning this war!!!!"

I will spark on with determination and will....

Yep - as FATBASTICH says, it's the getting up. You already know it. Meh - we all step off the wagon now and then. Brush off the crumbs, throw away the candy wrappers (and if there is any left, the remaining candy, lol), and jump back on the train. You will likely hardly notice the blip when all is said and done, other than the empowering memory of shaking your fist at that scale ;)

It's not how many times you fall, it's how many times you get up. You can do it.
