Have to make this short because I need to fit my workout in during lunch.
I am coming to realize that coming here, blogging, sharing with all of you - it keeps me on track. THIS is part of my progress and path - thanks for being part of it.
Worked out for 30 minutes yesterday - cardio. Today will do a little cardio with some strength training. Eventually I would like to get up to 60 minutes of workout time but right now I can commit to the ten and then add to it if time allows.
Thanks for all of your responses yesterday. You've helped me view my situation at home differently - and I needed that. I can do this - and I think if I stick with it, and I'm consistent it will positively effect my family.
Here's a little food for thought today:
There is no right way for this journey. You just have to be brave enough to try and to try every. single. day.
You're worth it.
