I'm trying really hard to stay on track, but it's seems harder to do. So I'm going back to basics. Weight Loss 101
Write down everything I eat, every BLT-that's bite, lick, and taste
Stay in my calorie range
Exercise everyday for at least 20 minutes
Stay on track
Have FUN while losing the pounds!!!
I can do this. I have come to far to give up now!!!
