Short blog - to the point:
Trip overseas was fantastic. I walked so much - I can't believe how much I walked. Saw beautiful places, was so thankful for every moment and the "now" that I was living.
I weighed on my scale when I got home and it shocked me. I had gained A LOT of weight. Stepped off the scale and stepped away.
Today, I finally weighed again, and found that I'm back to where I started before I left. Possibly 16 hours on a plane causes some water weight?
We'll see - will do my weigh-in on Wednesday like always.
Good news - will be mailing out everyone's video blog prizes tomorrow. Got the hats, clings, etc while I was gone.
I took yesterday off - took time to breathe - today I'm back on it - did some serious arm work and headed to do some cardio.
I can. I will. I am!
