Short blog - to the point:

Trip overseas was fantastic. I walked so much - I can't believe how much I walked. Saw beautiful places, was so thankful for every moment and the "now" that I was living.

I weighed on my scale when I got home and it shocked me. I had gained A LOT of weight. Stepped off the scale and stepped away.

Today, I finally weighed again, and found that I'm back to where I started before I left. Possibly 16 hours on a plane causes some water weight?

We'll see - will do my weigh-in on Wednesday like always.

Good news - will be mailing out everyone's video blog prizes tomorrow. Got the hats, clings, etc while I was gone.

I took yesterday off - took time to breathe - today I'm back on it - did some serious arm work and headed to do some cardio.

I can. I will. I am!

It's not a fix - it's a process. Don't forget your process.

    (I bet 16 hours on a plane does cause water weight, I know sitting for more than a couple hours makes my feet and legs swell terribly!)

    Maybe high sodium caused water weight? Who knows....in a couple of days it may go back to before you left!

    Simone, so nice to hear you are back safely. You will be back to your regular workouts and schedule in no time, but that jet lag can be a douzey.
