Clothes and weight, weight and clothes.
Food: avoiding it, desiring it, choosing it, measuring it, eating it.
Exercising. Cardio. Strength. Gym visits. Training.
Not drinking enough water. Drinking too much Starbucks.
These are my obsessions nowadays. I guess I am a serial obsessionist. I've had a number of hobbies, one at a time through the years, and this is just my current one. Not that that's a bad thing. I just wonder how long it will last, and whether I will at some point destroy the progress I have made (and future progress -- I still have a long way to go) when I move on to the next thing; or whether this will stay with me now.
It's pointless musing about the future, though. (I'm pretty sure I'll stick with this for a good long time!)
For now I'll take things as they come. For example, I need breakfast. Oh, and I weighed 179.6* this morning.
* Still in the 170s. Yay! Hope I have a firm toehold there now and I can finally progress to 25 pounds lost. Only 2.4 more pounds to go!
