Still here!

I did not want you all to think I have gone away! I am still here and doing well but I am using my blog and FB more.

My Fitness Blog is - Jensjourney.com and my FB site is under the same Jen's Journey.

I LOVE my spark family....always have, always will but for time sake, I find blogging on my fitness site is easy as it automatically goes to post to FB. I still log my foods here and will blog from time to time as much as I can. So nothing really has changed, just wanted to let you know where I was :)
