Obsessed with numbers lately

Why have I been obsessed with numbers lately?
- Starting over -- a good time to see where you currently are and where you need/want to be.
- Checking progress
- See where you fit in according to medical charts, assessments, etc.
- Making sure all your values are where they should be.
Looking back at the BMI charts: If I weighed 138 pounds that would put me right smack in the middle of the "Healthy" weight for my height and a BMI of 21.7. That would be 40 pounds less than what I weigh now and would mean losing an additional 12 pounds. (My current goal weight is 150.) Something to consider...
