Step it Up!

So I did the Nike Training workout today. I decided to try a new one and it kicked my butt! So intense, but I did finish it. I'm gonna try to do it again tonight once I get off from work, but if I don't, I'll get it done in the morning. I walked the other day but didn't exercise yesterday. My goal is to workout everyday for at least 2 weeks. I read a blog where a lady exercised for 55 days straight. If she can do it, I know I can.
