BLC 20 Goals

My weight loss goal for the end of BLC 20 is to lose 15 pounds. This is a completely reachable goal for 12 weeks, a little more than a pound a week.

My exercise goal for BLC 20 is to complete the couch-to-5K program. I have started it a few times now but have not stuck with it past week 2.

To reach these goals:

Exercise an hour a day 5-6 days per week.

At least 3 of these sessions will be couch-to-5K. Weather will not be an excuse! I have a gym membership and I can use the treadmill.

Track my food everyday on Weight Watchers. Stick to my allotted points (including weekly and activity).

Continue the journey to quitting smoking. This will make the exercise easier.

Eat more freggies! Especially when I do quit smoking so I will not gain weight.

Water, water, water

Keep caught up on the team page and participate in all challenges!
